If you are an active student you can download a certificate of studies yourself via Ladok.

If you are unable to log in to Ladok, or require a certificate with an official signature, you can order a certificate through our form.
Form for ordering a certificate of studies
The certificates ordered through the form only include studies at Uppsala University.
The certificate will be sent to you by mail or via email in a couple of workdays.
You can order a certificate of results with your completed credits. You can also order a certificate of registration which shows which courses you have been registered on, regardless of completed credits.
