Outline for distance course: The course is given as a net-based course. Assignments are submitted to the e-classroom on Internet and the student will receive personal feedback by the teacher. A forum for discussion is available. To participate in the course you will need a computer with internet connection and Flash.

About the course:

This course includes learning about various energy systems, both conventional and renewable, and their environmental impact. Different issues related to energy usage, such as climate change, will be discussed. Energy production and energy consumption in the world is studied as well as possible energy efficiency measures.
