120 credits in science/engineering including 20 credits in chemistry. English language proficiency that corresponds to English studies at upper secondary (high school) level in Sweden ("English 6").

About the course
The course covers different biomaterials that are used in regenerative medicine. Basic concepts: synthetic polymers vs. naturally occurring polymers, ceramics and metals, material properties, function and use permanent vs. biodegradable materials biomechanics, analytical techniques for characterisation of materials.
