About the course
Large parts of the operations in companies and organisations take place in project form, which is why knowledge of project methodology and project management is necessary. Working on projects also means working with or leading a group of people. In this course, you will, therefore, in addition to the basics of project management, also study group dynamics and leadership to gain an increased understanding of how you, individuals and groups work.
