Bridging integrity in higher education, business and society

The main purpose of the BRIDGE-project was to create bridges between academic integrity and research ethics in higher education, business ethics, and citizen science, to ensure the practical application of research ethics.

This collaborative project involved partner universities from Lithuania, North Macedonia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Sweden, and was based on studies conducted in these countries as well as in the EU at large.

The primary purpose of the project was the development of guidelines for the relationship between academic integrity, research ethics, business ethics, and citizen science. Checklists, educational modules, and gamified pedagogical resources for master’s and doctoral students, along with their teachers and supervisors, were developed based on these guidelines to facilitate the application of academic integrity principles across various fields where there are ethical implications to consider.
