Biography

One primary research focus is on the essential knowledge and understanding needed for the effective use of IT systems and the creation of a supportive digital working environment. In this field, research delves into the perspectives of system developers on system development, the competencies they require, and strategies for enhancing their skills.

Another key area of investigation centers on methodologies in system development projects that ensure systems are useful and supportive. This includes exploring methods for user engagement in Scrum projects, the use of vision seminars in system development, and the implementation of new systems to reduce negative impacts on the work environment.

Additionally, I research the design and implementation of eServices for patients. This research aims to develop and enhance digital tools that improve patient access to healthcare services, streamline communication between patients and healthcare providers, and ultimately enhance the overall patient experience.

Furthermore, I research the intersection of AI and the digital work environment across various sectors such as healthcare, IT, and aviation. This work aims to reveal how AI technologies influence and improve the digital working environment in these domains, providing valuable insights for their evolution and optimization.
