Short presentation
As a Ph.D. student in Molecular Epidemiology, supervised by Dr Shafqat Ahmad, we explore the association of alcohol consumption with the human gut microbiota composition, and circulating metabolomics and proteomics in relation to cardiovascular disease. In our studies, we use traditional and novel statistical and epidemiological methods, such as regression modelling and mediation analysis.
