Digital transformation: Governance and Control

Description

This project explores how digital transformation and control influence the organizational strategy, structure, and system. Our aim is to uncover how digital transformation, often operating behind the scenes, subtly shapes governance, control, and management dynamics, both within organizations and across society. The project members are composed of 25 researchers from 6 different universities across Sweden. The results of the project will mainly be communicated in a book in collaboration with a national (published in 2025) and international publishing house (published in 2026).
