Collaboration
We like to collaborate! The Department of Quality Engineering has long invested in long-term collaborative relationships with the aim of providing good effects for us as well as the local community on Gotland.
We currently have many formal, as well as informal, collaborative networks and partners, not least with local actors on Gotland. Our alumni are active and have their own programme network, the SDD Alumni Association, for those who have studied the Master or Magister programme sustainable destination development.
Collaboration in research and education
We are very interested in collaborating with external actors to contribute to the greatest possible benefit to society. You can give us and our students new perspectives and issues and we can produce important knowledge that supports your business, contact with future potential employees, new insight into your business with the possibility of innovative ideas. Collaboration in education and research can often be the starting point for a research project.
Examples of forms of collaboration for education include project-based courses, degree projects, guest lectures and study visits.
For research projects, there are two possible forms of collaboration, commissioned research and collaborative research.

Lifelong learning - we offer on-the-job and continuing education programmes
Make sure you have access to the latest knowledge and skills in your organisation. Together with you, we can develop courses that suit your conditions and needs. In addition to contract training and existing courses and programmes, we can also offer lectures and seminars.
