About the course
Introduction to programming with Python. The development environment will mainly be Visual Studio Code included in the Anaconda distribution. Creation of multi-modal documents with both functioning code and text/image. Python's syntax with variables, containers, operators, functions and program structure. The libraries NumPy, Matplotlib and Pandas.
Introduction to the process of app development from idea to app, focusing solely on the flow.
Examples are general but in the finishing project students will be encouraged to focus on mathematics and the technical area based on the courses the students have completed earlier. Guided by the libraries above, the students will be working mostly with scientific applications.
