About the course
The Industrial Production Philosophies course provides a deep understanding of the currently prominent production philosophies such as Lean, the Theory of Constraints, and Scientific Management. The course also discusses the similarities and differences between the aforementioned philosophies. The importance of connecting these different components with an understanding of the tools for simulation and optimisation will also be discussed. This course also provides knowledge about the influence of Industry 4.0 and data analysis on the development of industrial production systems.
