Entry requirements
Mathematics 30 credits. In addition 30 credits at advanced level, where 20 credits must be courses in computational science.
Content
The students form groups of two or three and work on a project. This includes analysis and studies of the problem, mathematical modelling, numerical methods, computer implementation and interpretation and presentation of the results. The projects are taken from industry or university.
Lectures on oral and written presentation of scientific results on seminars, posters and on the web are given in parallel with the project.

Written report, oral presentation in seminars, poster, presentation on the web.
