Learning outcomes
To give an introduction to electric power engineering.
Content
The electric power system, three phase currents, symmetric components, AC transmission. Equivalent circuits for transformers, rotating machines (motors and generators) cables and transmission lines. Power devices: Transformers, rotating machines, switchgear, transmission lines and cables and ancillary equipment. Visit at a substation and at a transformer production site.
