General provisions
The course is given within the Bridging Teacher Training Education, 90 credits.
Instruction
The course is carried out in the form of classroom observations and teaching under supervision by local teacher educators (LLU), participation in other aspects of teaching, self-study, documentation and seminars.
Assessment
The student is examined and assessed in relation to the aim of the course. This is done by a review of scientifically-based Placement Studies Report and by consultation of the teacher educators of the school.
The placement studies course requires compulsory attendance and active participation.
Student who has failed placement studies is offered the possibility for an additional examination. If special circumstances apply, the Faculty Board of Educational Sciences can grant the student yet another occasion on request.
