Learning outcomes
On completion of the course, students should be able to
- identify, analyse and describe different forms of organizations,
- identify, analyse and describe their own ability in Radical Collaboration,
- give an account of organisations as a system,
- suggest changes in organisations through Radical Collaboration,
- describe the importance of diversity at organisational level.
Content
Operational development. Organisational theory. Radical Collaboration. Cultural belifs and diversity.
Instruction
Lectures, guest lectures and seminars.
Assessment
Written assignments (2 credits) and active participation in seminars (3 credits).
If there are special reasons for doing so, an examiner may decide to make an exception from the method of assessment indicated and allow a student to be assessed by another method. An example of special reasons might be a certificate regarding targeted pedagogical support from the university's disability coordinator.
