Svensk och europeisk IT-rätt

Beskrivning

Information technology permeates basically all aspects of contemporary life, it affects not only how we communicate, work and conduct business, but also the basic structure of society and its governance. As the digital revolution continues to reshape our world, the laws governing this dynamic and ever-changing landscape have become an important aspect of the discourse. IT law lies at the intersection of technology, society, and law, and seeks to address the complex web of challenges and opportunities that the information age offers. This book will contribute to increased understanding of Swedish and European IT law and its central role in modern society. By providing insights into the legal challenges and opportunities offered by the digital era, the book aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on how the law adapts to the ever-changing technological landscape, preserves fundamental rights and freedoms, and promotes the responsible and fair use of information technology (IT).
