Nezhat Pournaghavi

I'm a postdoctoral researcher in the Materials Theory Group, working with Professor Olle Eriksson, and also at the University of Texas at Austin with Professor Allan MacDonald. I have a blast exploring the electronic and magnetic properties of various topological materials. I use Density Functional Theory (DFT), modeling, and some machine learning techniques to predict how these materials behave. My work is all about pushing the limits of what's possible in electronic and spintronic technology.
