Choose a program or customize your degree!

The Department of Human Geography offers several paths to your degree. You either choose a program with a predetermined course sequence, or you compose your own degree with social geography or geography as the main field. Below you can read more about our independent courses and programs. Courses in social geography (sometimes called cultural geography) are also included in other educational programs, e.g. Teacher's program, Surveying program, Master's program in engineering STS and Master's program in energy transition.
