Internal and external collaboration

Within systematic theology there are several established national and international research communities and networks. New international research collaborations are also under construction. The teachers regularly collaborate, not least through the media and lecture activities outside the university. CTR in Lund is a standing collaborator, not the least around the joint research school for doctoral students. Collaboration takes place with philosophy at Södertörn University and literary studies both at other universities and at UU. Collaboration also takes place with the systematic theologians at EHS in Bromma. Within the framework of research areas such as worldview studies and artistic expression, as well as theology and philosophy, activities within the International Society for Religion Literature and Culture are very significant. Cooperation also takes place with international environments such as the Faculty of Theology at the University of Oslo, the Center for Islamic Theology (ZITh) the University of Tübingen, the Faculty of Islamic Studies at the University of Sarajevo. There are also joint work with researchers linked to various church institutions, such as the Church of Sweden, the Church of Equmenia, the Pentecostal Movement and the Evangelical Free Church.
