CEMFOR evaluation positive about the Centre’s goal attainment

The Centre for Multidisciplinary Studies on Racism (CEMFOR) was established by the Disciplinary Domain of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2016. CEMFOR then underwent an evaluation in autumn 2023.

Part of the evaluation’s mandate was to “describe the quality, multidisciplinarity, scope and focus of its research in relation to the international forefront of research”. The evaluators are very positive about the Centre’s goal attainment and deem CEMFOR to be making an important and unique contribution to research on racism, as well as highlighting the value of different research perspectives on racism, in both a national and international context.

The Department of Theology hosts CEMFOR. More information is available here.
