SciLifeLab - Explore lab

SciLifeLab Explore lab was launched in 2021 as the first European core-lab offering Olink Explare assays. It is a collaboration between the two SciLifeLab/Uppsala University platforms, Affinity Proteomics Uppsala and the SNP&SEQ technology platform. Affinity Proteomics Uppsala contributed with several years of experience in protein assays and SNP&SEQ with the sequencers required for the then newly launched Olink Explore method.

The SciLifeLab Explore lab offers protein analyses of human body fluids using the Explore method developed by the Uppsala company Olink.
