Guidelines regarding copying and distribution in the higher education sector (Copying Agreement)

Employees of Uppsala University must observe the terms of the agreement on copying and distribution in the higher education sector (Copying Agreement) applicable at the time. The Legal Affairs Division is responsible for ensuring that information about the Copying Agreement and its content is available to employees.

It is hereby decided to adopt the guidelines outlined above and that the previous Copying Agreement guidelines (adopted on 19 March 2007, UFV 2006/76) should cease to apply.

The formal decision to adopt these guidelines was taken in the absence of the Vice-Chancellor by the undersigned Deputy Vice-Chancellor in the presence of University Director Katarina Bjelke, following a presentation of the matter by Legal Officer Johan Asker. The President of the Uppsala Student Union, Caisa Lycken, was also present.
