About the course
The main idea of the course is to study organisations, management and control from different perspectives. By doing so you will gain a richer understanding of the phenomena, as well as a better understanding of actors with different perspectives. A richer understanding endorses a wider approach, including a richer "toolbox", when analysing and remedying problems in organisations. A better understanding of others' perspectives enables better communication and more constructive discussions.
