About the course

The course develops a deep understanding of the different facets and theories of change at the same time as it advances knowledge of how the organisational change process as such can be controlled, led, and sustained. The course covers the following main areas: theoretical perspectives of change; change strategies; management control systems change; managing individual change within the frame of organisational change; IT-enabled change.

For exchange students: As this course is a part of a Master's track, it cannot be taken on its own but must be taken with other course/s in the same track during the same semester.
