Health Economics at CHAP

The Health Economics Unit is a specialized team within the Child Health and Parenting (CHAP) Research Group at the Department of Public Health and Caring Sciences in Uppsala University. We lead several projects that apply methods for economic evaluation in the areas of Child Health, Mental Health, Public Health and Health Services Research. We believe in collaborative research and thus work closely with a wide range of national and international institutions, including Karolinska Institutet, Umeå University, University of California, Davis, and University of Lisbon. We also conduct commissioned work for the health care sector, municipalities, and independent foundations such as Idéer för Livet and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
