Templates for screen publishing

The easiest way to produce attractive and consistent content on the screens is to create your content in PowerPoint, save it in the appropriate image format and then upload it to Diskus for publication.

We have developed a few simple templates. The templates conform with Uppsala University's graphic profile and should not be changed. The templates are adapted for 16x9 (standard TV screen) format, landscape and portrait screens. There are templates with and without logo.

The logo is important to indicate that Uppsala University is the message originator. Depending on the location of the screen and any logos around it, images with a logo may be unnecessary. Use the templates with care.

Instructions

1. Download the template
2. Insert the image and text the way you want it
3. Save in the appropriate image format, such as jpeg or png.
4. Insert the image into your layout in Diskus
