Support for students with disabilities

If you have a long-term disability, you can apply for targeted study support during your studies. Before you apply, make sure you have a certificate issued by a licensed healthcare professional, speech therapist or equivalent.

Andrea Limmerstedt is the contact person for students with disabilities at the Centre for Gender Research. She makes sure that students who hand in their certificates receive the support that is recommended and that the Centre can provide. The most common types of support are:

Extended time at examinations
Possibility to do on-campus examinations on a computer in a special examination hall
Separate room in a special examination hall
Note-taking support during ongoing course
