Registration

Remember to register in Ladok before the registration period ends!

To retain your place in the program/course you have been admitted to, you must attend the roll call or register in Ladok during the web registration period.
Information regarding registration and study start can be found under the headings below.

For ID verification at mandatory sessions, the following documents are accepted: driver's license, passport, or national ID card.

Conditional admission

If you are conditionally admitted, you cannot register. You must contact kursadm-farmbio@uu.se as soon as possible and no later than the last registration date if you wish to retain your place. You must show proof of eligibility no later than the course start to be able to register.

Waiting list

If you are on the waiting list, the department will contact you via email if a place can be offered. We use the email address registered on antagning.se. It is important to keep your email address in Ladok updated, as information will be sent there. Make sure to check your email regularly, including your spam folder. You do not need to contact the department.

Late admission

Late admitted students will be notified via Antagning.se. Contact kursadm-farmbio@uu.se if the registration period is closed and you wish to register.

Withdrawal

If you do not wish to take the course, please withdraw via Antagning.se.

Discontinuation

If you have registered but changed your mind, you can register a discontinuation in Ladok. If you discontinue within three weeks after the course start, you may apply for the course again at another time.

Once you have registered, you will find more information about the course start in Studium.

Learning platform and schedule

All course pages with specific information, schedules, contact information, etc. will be available on the learning platform Studium. You can find your schedule via your services in the student gateway or www.schema.uu.se.

If you have taken a break from your studies or have other questions about your programme, contact the Pharmaceutical Faculty's study counsellors at farmstudievagledning@uadm.uu.se.

Re-registration

If you have components left to complete in any of our courses, you can apply for re-registration via this form (in Swedish).

Note: It is important to apply for re-registration for discontinued courses before the start of the term.

Newly admitted to the Master of Science Programme in Pharmacy, autumn semester 2024

Registration will take place at the Biomedical Center BMC at Uppsala University on September 2, 2024, from 09:00 to 09:30 in room A3:2. It is crucial to bring a valid ID or passport to retain your place in the programme. Please note that failure to register will result in forfeiture of your place.

Course start information

Programme introduction and courses (day 1) begin on 2 September at 09:00–17:00. You will find more information about the programme and courses on the Studium learning platform. Access the programme page through Studium, particularly under "New to the Programme."

Master of Science Programme in Pharmacy, in Studium

Information for reserves

If there are vacant spots in the programme, we will offer these to reserve students. Reserves will be contacted via phone and email (using the contact information provided on antagning.se). The reserve admission period runs from August 19 to September 4. Reserves who are contacted must respond by the specified deadline to accept the offer. Failure to respond will result in the offer being forfeited. Reserve-placed students are expected to monitor their email and phone during this admission period, including checking spam folders for emails.

Newly admitted to the Bachelor of Science Programme in Pharmacy, autumn semester 2024

Bachelor of Science Programme in Pharmacy, in Studium

Information for reserves

For those admitted to freestanding courses

Many of our courses will have roll calls, which means you must be present to be registered for the course. For further information, please see the course session page on Studium.

For courses with web registration, you will register yourself in Ladok for students. Web registration typically opens one week before the course starts and closes on the same day the course begins. In Ladok, you can see the specific dates when registration is open for each course. Please note that if you fail to register on time, your place may be offered to a waitlisted applicant.

If you are a new student, you must first activate your student account.

For thesis and specialisation projects, personal registration is required at the course introduction

For thesis and specialisation projects, personal registration is mandatory during the course introduction.

Various project proposals that can be included in independent projects (theses) are available to search in a dedicated database. This database is shared across the fields of medicine and pharmacy and can be accessed by students in all educational programmes within these fields. Students from other educational programmes also have the opportunity to search for different project proposals in this database.
