How to reach us during the summer!
The course administration office will be closed from June 3 to August 25. During this time, we will check emails sent to kursadm-farmbio@uu.se regularly, but responses may take longer than usual.
We will resume normal operations starting from August 26th.
Course administration
We assist with matters related to the department's courses for pharmacy, prescriptionist, Master's, and Bachelor's students, as well as for freestanding courses.

Mondays 13:30-14:30
Wednesdays 10:00-11:30
Outside of these hours, we offer appointments via email and phone. We are available Monday to Friday during office hours.

Study counselling
For questions about your studies and study-related issues, you can contact the department's study counsellor. The study counsellor issues certificates and handles certain registrations and deregistrations. Additionally, the study counsellor is the point of contact for students with disabilities.

For Master's students
Courses at the Faculty of Pharmacy are also available at the Department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences and the Department of Medicinal Chemistry. A few courses are additionally offered at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Microbiology and the Department of Medical Cell Biology.

Addresses questions that cannot be resolved by the course responsible. Contact details are available on the respective course page in Studium.
Head of department (Prefekt)
Deals with matters related to the work environment. Contact details can be found on the department's website. The department to which a course belongs is visible on the respective course page in Studium.
Program-related questions
Programme Coordinator
Handles programme-wide inquiries or issues that cannot be resolved at the course level (course responsible/director of studies).
Programme Manager – Chair of the Programme Committee
Is responsible for the Prescriptionist Programme and makes decisions on individual student matters.
Vice Dean – Chair of the Committee for Education at the Faculty of Pharmacy (GRUFF)
Has overall responsibility for all programs at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
