About the course

In the course, you will develop your ability to understand and analyse the complexity of marketing with respect to service logic; a mindset that will strongly influence individual skills essential to their future business careers. The objectives are accomplished through lectures, problem-based case discussions and assignments involving practical applications of relevant theories.

For exchange students: As this course is part of a Master's track, it cannot be taken on its own but must be taken with other course/s in the same track during the same semester.
