Biomarkörer, kemisk biologi, organisk kemi, masspektrometri och metabolomik
Sökandet efter nya biomarkörer är en utmanande och tvärvetenskaplig uppgift. Vi utvecklar nya verktyg för masspektrometrisk analys av komplexa prover och fokuserar på att belysa mikrobiotans metabolism. Vi undersöker alla typer av humana prover, t.ex. avförings-, urin- och plasmaprover från patienter med bukspottkörtelcancer.
