Resource bank for alumni relations
Whether you are an employee at Uppsala University or are involved in an alumni association or chapter, we hope that the resources detailed below assist your work with alumni relations.
Contact lists
Do you want to get in touch with a certain group of alumni? Perhaps you are visiting a city and want to find alumni in the same area, or maybe you want to invite graduates of a specific programme back to the university? Through our digital alumni system we can apply different search perameters to extract relevant contact lists of members.

Event toolkits
Are you keen to organise an alumni event? Use one of our alumni event toolkits for various types of events. Here you will find materials and useful tips on how to go about it.
Graduation kit
To help make the alumni network visible at graduation ceremonies, we have put together a "graduation kit" for events at the University Main Building. The kit includes:
- 2 roll-ups with the text "Welcome to the alumni network" and "Uppsala University"
- a tablecloth
- brochures and business cards with information about the alumni network
- a brochure rack
- pins with the university's seal (limited number, first come first serve) with trays to display them on
- long and short graduation speeches

The Uppsala University Alumni Network has a LinkedIn group with over 11,000 members. If you would like us to help you to promote an alumni activity through LinkedIn, please send an email to info@alumni.uu.se.
Alumni newsletter
Every year, the Alumni Team sends out 3-4 newsletters to all 30,000+ members of Uppsala University's alumni network. Employees at Uppsala University who are not alumni are also welcome to join the network and receive the same newsletters. Each newsletter has a theme, and it is the theme that guides the content. The content is specifically directed at alumni but should be of interest to many. Examples of content include popular science presentations of research, information about the university's cultural heritage, details about courses in lifelong learning and commissioned education, exemplary instances of alumni engagement, interviews with alumni, activities of alumni associations, and details about the range of resources and events where alumni are welcome.
