Closing Ceremony 30 May - Uppsala
The annual Summer Closing Ceremony for International Master’s Students is an opportunity for us to say thank you for attending Uppsala University and wish you the best for the future.
The ceremony will take place May 30, between 18:00-19:30, in the University Main Building in Uppsala. Doors will open at 17:30, please make sure to arrive in good time. The ceremony will be held in the Grand Auditorium from 18:00 to 18:45, with speeches and music. We will have time afterwards for a mingle outside and an opportunity to have your picture taken by a professional photographer.
This Summer Closing Ceremony is for all final-year students attending any international Master's programme at Uppsala University.
Please note that no official Master's degree certificates are awarded at this ceremony, as it is not a formal graduation ceremony. However, you don't need to have received your degree in order to attend the ceremony.
Individual Master’s programmes and/or departments may also arrange graduation events and activities for their students and you are more than welcome to participate in both.
