Examination
To receive a grade on the course you are taking, you will be tried through an examination. There are different kinds of exams. Some of the most common ones are written exams, take-home exams, lab examsn and writing an essay or thesis.
The grading systems vary between different faculties and may also be different between different courses within a programme. The syllabus provides information about which grading system is used for the course.
Cheating and plagiarism
As a student, it is your responsibility to learn what is allowed and not allowed during exams and when you write an essay.
