Vår forskning
Vår forskargrupp arbetar med biomaterial som kan styra cellers och vävnaders funktioner. Materialen byggs av kedjelika molekyler eller polymerer, både syntetiska och naturliga. Till naturliga polymerer hör proteiner, kroppens byggstenar och oumbärliga för alla kroppsfunktioner och cellulära processer. En annan är polysackarider där hyaluronsyra används av vår grupp som byggsten till material för att generera ben.
