Finding your MAC address on a Windows computer.
Open "Settings" (do this by pressing Win + I on the keyboard, or by using the corresponding option in the Start menu).
Go to the "Network and Internet" section.
On the right, select the adapter (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) for which you want to determine the MAC address. Click on "Properties”.
Note: If IT support needs your MAC address for your fixed network, you choose "Ethernet".
On the next screen you can see information about your connection as well as the properties of the adapter. The last item, "Physical address (MAC)”, is the MAC address of the corresponding network adapter.
