Information and prices for holding a webinar
With Zoom you can hold webinars. To hold a webinar, you do not necessarily need a Zoom Webinar license but can manage with a "regular" Zoom meeting for up to 500 participants. If you are going to have a large meeting / webinar, you can request a temporary license according top the price list below.
Webinar should only be used when you need the features available in Zoom webinar. Usually, a regular Zoom meeting is easiest to create, hold and manage.
- The webinar has a panel of participants who will present (panelists)
- You want to use the Q&A function, which is a function for handling questions and answers
Otherwise, webinar has the same functions as a regular Zoom meeting.

Webinar license is ordered through itsupport@uu.se and can take up to about 1 week for deliverance.
It is important to state in the order:
- why you want a webinar license
- when the webinar is to be held
- when you plan to start the preparations.
- Project code(9 numbers) if you wish to purchase a license.
