Group dynamics

During the training, you will have the opportunity to work in different groups and thereby experience the impact of different people on group dynamics. With knowledge of basic group dynamic processes, you can use your actions to influence the direction of the group and avoid conflicts or ineffective groups – that is, find an effective structure and organisation for good results. Working in groups is very much about communication.

During a group meeting, it is important that you agree on:

• What needs to be done
• When it should be done
• Who will do it
• The next time the group meets
