Digital phenotyping and lifestyle intervention in patients with Myasthenia Gravis to reduce fatigue
The project design is a national randomized controlled trial of a lifestyle intervention aimed at improving fatigue in MG. The intervention includes group counseling regarding physical activity, sleep and general health. The primary research question is whether lifestyle intervention can improve MG-related fatigue. With the help of a so-called "smart ring" (OURA ring), information is collected continuously about the research subjects' physical activity patterns and sleep patterns.
